Club settings and branding

How a club admin changes the crest, colours, name, development loop and reminder emails.

For club admins

Open Club, then Club settings. Only a club admin can change these.

Crest

Under Club crest, use Upload a crest: PNG, JPEG or WebP, square, under 1 MB. A transparent PNG looks best. Remove crest takes it off.

Branding

• Main colour and Accent (crest and highlights). Every colour you can choose keeps text readable, at least 4.5:1 contrast.
• Club name, shown on reports, emails and the sign-in page.
• Crest initials (up to 3 letters).

Press Save branding. Each team can also have its own logo, set on the team's Team settings tab.

Development loop

Coach review every (days) sets how often each goal is due a review, from 7 to 42 days. Practice sessions a week sets the weekly practice target families see, from 1 to 7. Press Save the loop settings.

Reminder emails

• Monday coach digest: reviews due, families gone quiet and players without goals, for each coach's teams.
• Sunday practice reminder for families: this week's practice against the target, each goal and the latest shared coach review.
• Training and game emails for families: new events, a reminder two days before if unanswered, and changes or cancellations.
• Day-before answers for coaches: who is coming, who has not answered and any notes.

Turning a switch off here stops that email for everyone, and people see that the club has turned it off. With a switch on, each person can still turn it off for themselves.
