2Using this site
You may use this site to find out about RinkTracker, read the help centre and guides, and get in touch. Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, copy it in bulk or by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.
3Our content
The words, pictures, product screens and drawings on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; please ask before reusing anything else. Product screens show invented demo players, not real children. Exercise demo videos in the app are by Hockey Training Exercise Demonstrations on YouTube and load only when a player presses play. Practice footage in the video screenshots is from Pexels.
4Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate, but it describes a product that keeps improving, so details can change. It is general information, not advice for your circumstances; nothing here forms a contract until a club agrees an order with us.
5Links to other sites
Where we link to other sites, such as Ice Hockey UK or the ICO, we do so for your information. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
6Our liability
We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss arising from using this website or relying on its content. If you're a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
7Privacy and cookies
How we handle what you send us is in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use are in our cookie policy.
8Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own courts. Questions: hello@rinktracker.com.
