Awards and certificates

Notice the effort, and give them something to put on the fridge

Coaches give awards for the hard work they see, with a reason the family reads. Captaincy and training badges are recorded by themselves, and every award prints as a certificate in the team's colours.

Give an award in a few seconds

From the team's Awards page, a player's page or a training on the schedule, choose the player and the award: Hardest worker, Most improved, Great teammate, Coach's award, or awards your club sets up. Add a short reason and say whether it was for one session or the week. The family is told, and it appears under Well done.

  • Spread them around

A staff-only count by player, in name order, shows who hasn't had one yet.

  • Linked to the moment

An award can be tied to a game, a training or a week.

Captains and training badges, recorded for you

Captains and alternates come from the lines saved for each game, so leadership is logged without anyone keeping count. Certificates mark a first game as captain, then 5 and 10. Training badges arrive as a player works through off-ice programmes: First workout, A full week, Halfway there and Programme finished, and once earned they're kept.

Certificates worth keeping

Every award, captaincy and badge prints as an A4 certificate with the team's crest and colour, the reason in the coach's words and their name. Families print their own from Well done, and coaches from the player's page.

  • No rankings

Awards are for effort and character. Nothing is ever a league table.

  • Switch it off

A club that doesn't want awards turns them off in Club settings.
