2Reporting a concern
If you see something in RinkTracker that shouldn't be there, or that worries you, tell your club's welfare officer and email us at hello@rinktracker.com with what you saw and where. We acknowledge reports within one working day, can hide content straight away while the club looks into it, and will tell you what happened.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. For advice about a child's welfare, contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000. Children can call Childline on 0800 1111.
3Reporting a security issue
Email hello@rinktracker.com with the details. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else, and don't access or keep anyone's data while testing. We won't take action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
4If the rules are broken
We and the club can remove content, suspend or remove an account, and where the law requires or a child may be at risk, pass information to the club's safeguarding lead, Ice Hockey UK, the police or the local authority.
