Signing in without a password

RinkTracker emails you a sign-in link each time, so there is no password to set or forget.

For coaches, families, players, club admins

There are no passwords in RinkTracker. You sign in with the email address the club has for you, and we send a link to that address.

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Type your email address and press Email me a sign-in link.
  3. Open the email called "Your RinkTracker sign-in link" and tap the link. Open it on the same phone or computer you asked from.

The link works for 15 minutes. Once you are in, you stay signed in on that device for 14 days, then you ask for a new link.

Use the email the club has

Invitations are tied to an email address. If Sam Carter invited jordan.hughes@example.com, sign in with that address and the invitation is picked up for you. A different address gets you in, but you will not see the club.

If your coach gave you a rink code instead, join your team with the code first. A coach matches your details, then you can sign in.

Signing out

Tap your photo or initials at the top right and choose Sign out. This clears anything the app kept on that device. If you have scores that have not synced yet, it warns you first, because they only exist on that device.

The email has not arrived.
Check your junk folder, then press Use a different email and check the spelling. If it still does not come, ask your club to check which address they invited.
The link says it has expired.
Each link works once, for 15 minutes. An expired link opens the sign-in page, where you can ask for a new one.
