Deleting your account
How a parent, coach or volunteer deletes their own RinkTracker account, what goes, and what the club keeps without their name.
For families, coaches, club admins
- Open Your profile (parents: Your account).
- Choose Delete your account.
- Read what is deleted and what the club keeps, type your email address, and press Delete my account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, your name and email, and your sign-ins on every device.
- Your notifications and settings, your profile and photo.
- Your links to your children, and your roles and teams at every club you belong to.
- For coaches and volunteers: your licences, vetting records, CPD and coaching portfolio.
What your club keeps
What you wrote into a child's record stays, because it is part of that child's record, which the club keeps: scores, notes, feedback, reports, goals, comments, workout notes, awards, and consents you gave. Your name and email are removed from it, and it shows as written by a Former member.
Safeguarding records are kept as the club's safeguarding policy and the law require. Your children's records stay with the club: to have them deleted, ask the club (see Data requests).
