Who's coming: availability replies

How families and players answer yes, no or maybe, how coaches see the answers, and who can see a reply.

For coaches, families, players

Every invited player gets a question for each event: can they come? Families answer for their child; a player aged 13 or over with their own login answers for themselves.

Answering

On Schedule, each event shows Yes, No or Maybe for each child, with Add a note for the coach, such as "Arriving 10 minutes late". Home also shows Say if [child] can make N sessions until they are answered.

What coaches see

Open an event to see Who's coming, and the Answers tiles: Yes, Maybe, No and Waiting. If a parent tells you at the rink, record the answer there. Tap again to clear it, or take someone off the event.

• Families who have not answered get a reminder email two days before.
• Coaches get a day-before summary: who is coming, who has not answered, and any notes. Each person can switch this off under Day-before answers.
• The answers fill in the register and the lines for you.
